eNPS
We email the eNPS survey on a bi-monthly basis for the team to complete. This survey is anonymous and allows you the opportunity to provide us with your feedback on what we’re doing well and what we can improve on.
The purpose of this survey is to gather actionable feedback so that we always put a focus on continuous improvement for you and everyone at OneLocal.
(The survey is anonymous. We only have visibility if you did/did not complete the survey, however we cannot see which comments belong to which user).
We want to make sure that you are able to provide feedback/comments, while still remaining anonymous, without having to wait 2 months for the next the eNPS survey.
To support this, we created an Anonymous Feedback form that you can locate here. The anonymous feedback submitted through this form will be provided to our Executive Team for review (we only have visibility to the comments provided and nothing else).
