Onboarding

Starting any new job can sometimes be daunting - all because you’re entering into the unknown.

To help with this, OneLocal has developed a detailed onboarding plan to help you transition into your new role and into the company.  The goal here is to set you up for success.

On your first day, you will go through a Welcome Presentation where you will be introduced to the company, meet others who may be starting that day, and get set up with your accounts. We do our best to have all of your hardware equipment and accessories shipped to you ahead of your start date. From there, you will have an extensive calendar of events for the following two weeks that include product training, job shadowing and/or job-specific training and meetings with your manager and teams.

During this time, we encourage you to ask questions, check in with your manager regarding anything you are unsure about, and start to get settled in and meet other members of the OneLocal team!
