We believe our employees should have a vested interest and share in the long-term success and growth of the company, our Stock Options are a great way for our employees to reap the rewards of building OneLocal for the long term. All employees receive a new hire grant and throughout their career, they might have the opportunity to receive additional grants recognizing their increased impact.
