Making sure that you know our organizational structure is important, because it allows you to get to know who does what, and how the teams are interrelated.  The teams are organized by function, so that everyone knows who to go to for what they need.

Customer Success

Our Customer Success Department is divided into two teams:

The Account Management Team is responsible for the entire customer journey from on-boarding to retention. We provide the expertise and know how to help our clients reach their desired outcomes and grow their businesses.

The Delivery Team is a dedicated team made up of account coordinators and digital marketing specialists. They work together to ensure the quality and value of strategies delivered to clients.

 

Sales & Marketing

As the first point of contact between OneLocal and our customer base, the Sales Department is responsible for connecting with prospective clients, identifying their marketing needs and presenting a tailored solution to fit those needs. This drives revenue for OneLocal, fueling company growth.

Tech & Product

Our Tech & Product Department is responsible for all things related to the development and continued evolution of OneLocal’s products.  The Product team translates the needs of our customers and market opportunities into actionable opportunities and specifications for our Tech team.  Working with the tech team, they drive the roadmap of our product forward through considering customer feedback and concerns, as well as continuously assessing the market.  The Tech side of this department realizes the product roadmap by executing on features (and sometimes, fixes) and ensuring quality through the development and release process.  They are responsible for executing on the opportunities available to move our product forward.

Operations

Just as the Success team is in charge of our customer's success, our Operations Department is in charge of OUR success. They are here to optimize every stage of the employee journey from getting hired to ensuring that you have the tools, resources and support not just to succeed, but do so with a smile on your face.

Finance

The OneLocal “Central Bank”. Our Finance Team oversee our dollars and cents, which includes ensuring that everyone is being compensated accurately and on time, supporting other teams in managing their costs and revenue, providing assistance with all aspects of client billing and requests, managing company cash flow and budget oversight, and ensuring sufficient return on those financial investment.
